We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities it offered. The pool was a great size and perfect for relaxing. The location was excellent, as it was close to the beach and within walking distance of many attractions in this city.

Situated by the beach, near the tourist avenue. Good-sized pool and fitness center. Convenient bus line location for ferries and cliff divers. Clean rooms with a modern spa touch. Secure parking with cameras. Helpful and accommodating staff.

The hotel is in a great location just a short walk from the beautiful beach. It's also conveniently situated near almost everything in town, making it easy to explore Acapulco. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of adventure. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring that all your needs are met during your stay. Plus, the breakfast options are delicious and varied, offering something for everyone to enjoy.
There is only one small elevator for all the guests, which can sometimes lead to longer wait times.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to the beach and near almost everything in town. The staff is really good, welcoming and attentive, especially the bar and breakfast staff. The rooms are comfortable, with a super huge high bed, and the hotel is very clean. Additionally, the breakfast served here is beautiful and satisfying.
All was well during my stay.
